LG Optimus 3D – the first 3D mobile phone. No glasses needed ! |

At the Mobile World Congress 2011, LG will present the first 3D screen smartphone – LG Optimus 3D, the 3D experience which will be offered to the consumers is unique and different from the well know 3d technologies like 3D Cinema or 3D Tv’s ! Unlike the most the 3D TVs and monitors, LG’s screen Optimus uses a the 3D image display technology which requires no glasses. Regarding the lack of 3D content, one of the most pressing problems of 3D products market, the LG the 3D Optimus managed to resolve this situation by introducing a special platform dedicated to this type of content. The best smartphone LG will incorporate a camera with two lenses for the 3D recording, a glass LCD screen for viewing without special 3D connectivity such as HDMI and DLNA Transfer the 3D data anytime and anywhere.

Further details and a demonstration of how the new LG Optimus 3D technology works, will be offered at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, from 14 to 17 February 2011.
