I have had a PS3 for several years now. A mate of mine has an Xbox 360. The graphics are pretty much the same, although I read somewhere the PS3 actually has slightly better hardware, therefore enabling developers to push the graphics on a PS3 much further.

The PS3 also has free internet play. No stupid subscriptions, which is why ultimately I think the PS3 is top dog. Think of how much money you have spent on online fees for XBOX, when you could have spent that money on other things, like more PS3 games. It is a rip off, but then again we are talking about Microsoft, master of ripoffs. Bill Gates can kiss my arse.

Also the XBOX is such a clunky console, I mean the battery is almost as big as the console itself. It looks damned ugly. The PS3 is sexier and classier. The only advantage XBOX has are the analog controls, your thumbs don’t slip off like on the PS3 (when sweaty) because of the grooves. You can always buy 3rd party PS3 controllers with grooves, so not much of a problem there.

Otherwise in the 4 years I have had my ps3, it bombed out once, that is because of a power surge in my area. Other than that, been working like a dream. I also have my PS3 connected to my PC as a media center and it is great, no problems streaming movies, music etc.

Not sure about the Move and Kinect. Someone told me today that Kinect is better, but then again they said the Xbox360 was more powerful ^^

So all in all, both consoles are good, but honestly Microsoft are greedy making their fans pay for Internet and online gaming. That is ultimately why PS3 is better. God of War, Metal Gear Solid, Killzone, Little Big Planet, Uncharted > Gears of War, Galo, Alan Wank

Ps3, ppl don’t understand the engineering employedd by. Microsoft,microsoft is not dumb to all these ps3 fans rantings but silent because they have forseen and estimated the productive life span of these gen consoles and have decided to play cool to explode with surprises. Me personally I have always Been xbx and I have plyd the 2 systems to me I could care less about memory and graphics I like xbx bcuz I like to play with my family and we luv our 360 alot and just unwind from a day but the PS contrllr is way to small for my hands and that is y I like xbox

on my opinion ps3 is better because it has blue-ray player,comes with the games of god of war infamous ect. while the xbox has gears of war halo ect.and xbox has younger kids around 12. ps3 remote is better it fits my hand great while the xbox is bulky. online the ps3 wins.if you are looking to play fps [first person shooters] i reccomend the xbox then.the xbox has red ring of death,freezes often,if the xbox is tiped over it can mess up a disc while the xbox can install games ps3 can have controllers that need recharging once a week while the xbox batteries need changing every 2 days.

ps3 way better than xbox 360!!! it has better graphics, controller, games, (killzone, gran turismo), free online play and blu ray player!! ps3 soooooooooooooooooooooooo much better than xbox 360!

you cannot even begin to argure that ps3 has better online because xbox has 12 year olds who play .L0L ! and there are actually ranks for xbox players on gambattles.com and MLGWorldChamp.com there are also numerous single and team ranking youtube channels for xbox like http://www.youtube.com/user/SniperLeaderboardOG 65k and youtube.com/1v1Leaderboards 6.4k and also youtube.com/top1v1sniping 3.1k subs and every single player on those channel (either playing as a team or as a single player ) is an xbox player. NOT ONE PSN PLAYER. which shows xbox players have more skill. did you not watch MLG world championships on Live tv last year, they connected servers and xbox romped on the PSN players. the xbox top team OpTic Destroyed PSN’s top team Give. and an underrated unranked team called FaZe stomped on optic. xbox has much better competetion. and if xbox cost 5$ a month( So the server doesnt go down for 2 months ) a bunch of 12 year olds wouldtn be able to convince their parents to buy a 300$ system and then pay 50$ a year for a video game system.

I own both because I want to play the exclusive games each system has. Both are refurbished. My PS3 has never had a problem and we were able to put in a 500 g drive in it with no problem. The XBox…two months of play and red ring of death.

Better is a dubious term. I have had both & can save people of a lot of regret in buying and trading consoles. Buy & enjoy the one you like. It’s for you to enjoy anyways no matter what advertising or opinions people have. Personally, I prefer the 360 but the PS3 is great machine as well. The competition in the industry is good & keeps everybody pushing for the best games…

Bottom line: It comes down to what you want.

xbox360 is better than ps3 because xbox360 has more elusive than ps3 plus ps3 extra content cost like 15 dollars and xbox360 extra content cost only micrsoft points with you could buy in stores for 10 to 60 dollars.

Xbox hacked march 20 2007 for any1 that’s says that xbox wasnt hacked.so both consoles had been hacked and stolen info taken.
